Foley & Lardner LLP, with more than 1,100 lawyers across 27 offices worldwide, rolled out Harvey firmwide following a successful pilot and evaluation. Harvey joins Foley's curated AI tool stack alongside Microsoft Copilot, CoCounsel, Draftwise, Relativity aiR, Patlytics, and the firm's own in-house-built FoleyChat assistant. AI initiatives are led by a lawyer-driven AI Steering Committee (formed 2025) chaired by partner Christopher Cain, plus a dedicated Director of Practice Innovation role filled in January 2026. Use cases span contract review, due diligence, legal research, drafting, litigation review, and patent workflows.

Am Law 100 firm Foley & Lardner deployed Relativity aiR for Review on a bilingual (Spanish/English) internal investigation (2,292 documents). AI was more accurate than human reviewers by a statistically significant margin; review cost reduced by more than 50%. Less than 1% of AI recommendations overturned by human QC. Eliminated need for separate translators.
