Keary joins from NYU Langone Health where he led AI transformation in legal and finance departments, completing a 2-year AI compliance project in ~4 months. He will lead enterprise-wide AI strategy, overseeing design, implementation and governance of AI solutions and process improvement across legal and business operations, working with attorneys, practice groups, and professional departments including Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and IT.
