Why this matters
Littler Mendelson is building AI capability with partners, with Epiq and Legora in the stack. A meaningful marker of where the firm's capability is heading.
On 22 October 2026 Littler, the largest employment and labor law practice for management, announced strategic partnerships with Legora and Epiq to help employers handle the legal, workforce and operational effects of AI-enabled workforce transformation. Littler leads on employment law and workforce governance, Legora on design and build of AI-enabled legal workflows, and Epiq on process redesign, data readiness, governance, privacy, implementation and training. Littler says the model is deliberately platform-agnostic, and notes it has run a detailed Legora pilot across its European offices.
