ERGO NEXT builds 'Ask Vinny', a Slack AI legal intake assistant, after legal requests rose three- to fourfold with a flat 14-person team

The team is rolling out 'Ask Vinny', a Slack assistant that answers questions from approved sources, creates and routes tickets, and identifies itself as a bot. The rollout was still underway and not yet company-wide, and the benefits described come from early testing.
