Why this matters
Linklaters has moved past pilots into deployment, with Legora in the stack. A meaningful marker of where the firm's capability is heading.
BDO Abogados (the legal arm of BDO Spain) has completed the firmwide deployment of Legora after an 8-month phased rollout beginning October 2025, led by its Legal Operations department. The platform has achieved over 90% adoption among professionals, with 100% saying they would feel its absence if removed. Used daily for document review, legal research, and drafting, the rollout positions BDO among a growing cluster of Spanish firms on Legora alongside Pérez-Llorca, RocaJunyent, Araoz & Rueda, Andersen, Linklaters, and Toda & Nel-lo.
""Artificial intelligence does not replace the lawyer, but it redefines their role by allowing them to anticipate scenarios and offer a more strategic vision. We have wanted each step of the project to respond to a clear vision: transforming the way our teams work with a management model that guarantees long-term evolution." — Laura Paz Ramírez, Director of Legal Operations, BDO Abogados"
