Goodwin announced a three-part AI governance program for companies, boards and private equity sponsors: a complimentary Health Check with a Goodwin lawyer, Readiness governance materials, and an AI Decision Desk annual subscription with regulatory monitoring and policy-update prompts. The firm says it was built by its legal and AI product teams and that a wide range of clients already use it. It turns firm judgment into a subscription product sold on a recurring basis.
"“Companies slow down on AI because the question in front of them isn’t covered by the rules, and nobody wants to be the one who guessed,” (Gary Sangha, Director of Product AI and Platforms, Goodwin)"
