Andrew Dietderich, co-head of Sullivan & Cromwell's global restructuring practice, sent a five-page apology letter to Chief Judge Martin Glenn of the SDNY Bankruptcy Court admitting a filing in the Prince Group matter contained roughly 40 AI-generated errors, including fabricated case citations.
