KONE's legal director builds a Copilot-based contract-review agent named Connie with a third party

KONE legal director Brenda Albert says the team tested many legal AI products over three to four years and chose Microsoft Copilot for its integration with Microsoft 365. She is building an agent, Connie, with a third party to apply uploaded playbooks, answer questions and review documents, with plans to connect it to Salesforce and DocuSign. Albert also argued at the same roundtable that cutting junior intake because of AI is shortsighted.
