At a Law Gazette roundtable, Efficio's group general counsel described an RFP involving ten legal technology providers that ended in an investment in an AI tool for the legal team. She also runs 'Ask Elisabeth', a policy-and-playbook chatbot launched a couple of years ago, a Copilot Word add-on trial, and a ChatGPT agent doing legislative horizon scanning across 15 countries. The chosen tool was not named.
