New bonus scheme rewarding "meaningful" GenAI use
Simmons & SimmonsSimmons & Simmons introduced a bonus scheme effective May 1, 2026, that rewards meaningful GenAI use, allowing up to 50 hours per category and a 100-hour overall cap toward contribution recognition; designated AI champions can allocate the full 100 hours to GenAI use.
