Norm Law appoints ex-Sidley Global Head of Real Estate Alan Weil as Partner, deepening AI-native firm leadership bench

Norm Law LLP, the AI-native affiliated law firm operating alongside AI infrastructure provider Norm Ai, appointed Alan Weil — formerly Global Head of Real Estate at Sidley Austin — as Partner and Head of Real Estate. Weil will lead the firm's real estate practice and collaborate with attorneys, legal engineers, and AI engineers to build AI-native workflows for complex real estate transactions and financings.
