Khaitan & CoIndian firm Khaitan & Co launched KAI — a full AI initiative including ask.KAI (LLM conversational assistant) and DocInsight (proprietary RAG tool). Built on Azure/Azure OpenAI to keep client data off third-party systems. Also developing a proprietary small language model. Governed by AI Governance Policy with AI Governance Committee. AI outputs carry visible watermarks. Led by Chief Digital Officer Rohit Shukla.
