Justima monitors 200+ legal/regulatory sources daily and delivers tailored, business-relevant updates. Co-founded by CEO Alexander Lilienbeck and CTO Christian Braun; OC managing partner Gereon Abendroth serves as chairman. Osborne Clarke retains a majority ownership stake via its German legal-tech entity. Launched with five employees and roughly 30-60 corporate users in a prior validation phase, no VC funding to date.
