NautaDutilh launches Bluefield in-house AI build unit and hires an AI & Innovation Partner and Lead

NautaDutilh is launching Bluefield, an in-house approach that puts lawyers and software engineers in the same teams to build tools around client work, running on the firm's own data inside its security and confidentiality standards. Elgar Weijtmans joins as AI & Innovation Partner and Niels de Jong as AI & Innovation Lead on 1 November. Bluefield sits alongside the third-party AI platforms already used across the firm.
