E-discovery platform Relativity acquired Gavel, an AI-native document automation and contract review company that operates within Microsoft Word. The deal connects RelativityOne to work product in Word with full matter context syncing. Relativity's fourth publicly announced acquisition since 2021. Terms not disclosed.
