Harvey and Datasite integrated their platforms, allowing legal and M&A teams to pull live deal documents from Datasite virtual data rooms directly into Harvey's Assistant, Vault, Workflow Builder, and Word Add-In. Access permissions from Datasite carry over automatically. Targets M&A due diligence workflows.
