Partners Magda Cocco and Iakovina Kindylidi were selected as Independent Experts by the EU AI Office to help draft the first General-Purpose AI Code of Practice under the AI Act, a multi-stakeholder regulatory drafting exercise finalized in July 2025; VdA is also the only law firm member of the 'Center for Responsible AI' consortium.
