Ballard Spahr launches Ask Ellis AI suite — built entirely in-house
Ballard Spahr developed Ask Ellis (named after co-founder Ellis Ames Ballard) entirely in-house. Suite includes GenAI chatbot, Ballard X-Ray (large-scale document repository with search/chat), and Know Your Client — all part of the Ballard360 client platform. Runs in private Azure tenant; no client data exposed to public cloud. Significant cost savings vs. licensing commercial platforms.
