Changing your primary email

Move your account to a new sign-in email, e.g. after changing firms.

1. Open your portal and choose Edit profile.
2. Enter your new email and request the change.
3. We send a confirmation link to the new address. Nothing changes until you click it.
4. Once confirmed, sign in with the new email. Your accreditations, purchases and records move with you.

No longer have access to your old email? Contact charlene@tvp-institute.com and we'll move your records for you.
