Join the leaders of the world’s largest law firms’ pricing and LPM departments for this exclusive invitation-only summit on the study and advancement of value in the legal industry.

Set against a tropical Miami backdrop in early January and carefully designed to offer attendees a truly dynamic and intimate experience, the event has quickly become a “can’t miss” for those at the top of these professions.  Surrounded by a series of high-end networking activities, the meeting itself is filled with two days of advanced and highly immersive education in pricing theory, negotiation, change management, and various other related topics led by some of the industry’s foremost educators, including professors from Harvard and Cambridge Universities.  The format is unlike most legal conferences in that it is largely centered around active participation -- all attendees will spend the entire meeting engaging in the exchange of thought leadership and forging long-lasting relationships with their peers.  This is why only the top executives of our member organizations -- the Chiefs and Directors -- are invited to participate

The 2020 meeting will be hosted at one of South Beach's most exclusive ocean-front resorts.  Based on demand, the Institute has secured conference space, deeply discounted hotel room rates and other amenities at this 5-star property to accomodate a slightly larger group in a more comfortable setting.  Additionally, most of the social and networking activities will be held at the property for our attendees convenience.  As such, we encourage attendees to book their stay at the property to maximize their experience.

Learn Human-Centered Process Design to Generate Innovation, Growth, and Competitive Advantage (Includes Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification & Introduction to Design Thinking)

A new kind of awareness is emerging in the legal market. It is coming from both lawyers and business professionals. It is the recognition that new ways to approach strategy, growth, and innovation must be found. Clients, firms, in-house teams, and the entire legal ecosystem stand to gain from new skills and mindsets that prepare teams to do more with less, deliver more value, and generate a competitive advantage.

Competing for clients, promotions, or budget dollars demands strong business fundamentals as well as keen insight and the ability to execute. While others rely on outdated or half-baked efforts, you know you need an edge. Becoming a design-driven Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt will give you what you need to start making an impact immediately.

Our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt program offers participants the fundamental skills and knowledge to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in any type of process. We have merged key elements of Design Thinking into our Yellow Belt Certification program because we know that it takes both to succeed in making change happen. Our instructors have over 40 years of legal industry experience and have adapted the core principles of Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking to create some of the industry’s most notable developments – from launching new business models to fundamentally reshaping the relationship between law firms and their clients.

After our training, you are prepared to immediately assist your organization in driving initiatives forward with efficiency and effectiveness.
