Please join your cohort leaders, Leslie, Pete, and David as we kick off a new year of programming. A new format will be introduced with a renewed focus on active participation (one of our core values) ensuring cohort members continue to derive tangible value from each call while also having the opportunity to connect with fellow members of the community (another core value). Applying this new format on our first call of 2021, we'll kick off our "1st 100 Days" project where through separate working groups the cohort will begin an effort to develop an actionable blueprint based on the collective wisdom of the group that can be applied either in rolling out a new LPM program within a new firm setting or to fill any gaps in established programs.
