True Value Partnering Institute Speakers Bureau
Institute Cohort members and alumni are the leading law firm and in-house pricing and project management professionals in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and the US. These individuals speak at many of the leading legal industry conferences and specialty topic symposiums.
One of the Institute’s Core Values is the promotion of this emerging profession to the legal community. If you are seeking an expert on pricing and legal project management, we can help connect you to the right speaker for your conference.
Why use the Speakers Bureau:
Law Firm Pricing and LPM is not just about pricing and managing matters; it is about strategically connecting demand with supply to achieve win/win solutions that enhance law firm profitability. The role is multi-faceted in that the Pricing and LPM Director has the ability to guide and direct partners to appropriate revenue generating options and have the gravitas to deal directly with clients. At the same time, these professionals must have the financial experience to develop economically desirable outcomes and the technical ability to build systems that form the backbone of the pricing initiative. In essence the role of your typical pricing director falls into three distinct and varied components:
- 1. Client and Matter Analysis, Revenue Assessment and Project Management to Achieve Profitability Optimization on Client Opportunities
- 2. Internal Change Management to Help the Firm Align at All Levels to the New "Value" Normal Being Sought by Clients
- 3. Strategic Negotiations To Address Legal Procurement Sourcing Tactics That Adversely Impact Revenue and Profits
The True Value Partnering Institute can discuss with you the key targets for your conference and the main topics to be covered, and then can help you identify the right professional with the right specialty expertise to best align and engage with your target audience. We aim to understand your objectives and provide you with the best speaker for your unique event.
What Makes our Speakers Bureau Different:
The Institute's Core Values make us different.
As part of the process we will meet with you and ascertain what you aim to achieve and then find you the right speaker or create the entire panel of speakers for your specialty topic.
We will help you refine your topic so that the content is at the leading edge of the pricing and LPM discussion; if you are unsure of the exact focus of the panel but are seeking to have pricing and LPM subject coverage; we will work with you to ensure alignment with your audience.
There is no charge for this service; as a collective community all we ask is that the speaker’s basic expenses are reimbursed or a reasonable stipend provided to the speaker for such items as travel, accommodation and meals; and that they are able to attend your conference as a complimentary guest so that they can develop professionally from your event.
